  • Full-Bias Cable Net System

The bias harness net system is prefabricated to encapsulate the air structure envelope. This harness system uniformly releases fabric tension in all directions, transforming fabric loads directly to the harness.

  • HVAC & Pressurization Unit

The HVAC pressurization system supplies the CFMs to automatically inflate the air structure to its full shape and pressure, while it automatically heats and cools the interior as needed.

  • Lighting

ASATI developed the first-of-its-kind LED specifically for the air structure industry. This 1 for 1 replacement of the 1000-watt metal halide provides many advantages to air structure owners. The G2-LED Hanglite provides a 44,200-lumen output for its 15-year lifetime.

  • Thermal Construction

ASATI offers three different levels of thermal construction, R-4, R-8 and R-12. Utilizing thermal iners and bubble foil insulation to reach these levels of insulation.

  • Air Locks

ASATI air locks allow people and vehicles to enter and exit safely without changing the internal static pressure of the dome.
