Miami Dolphins Training Center   |  Davie, FL

The ASATI Miami Dolphins air supported structure training facility clear spans 420’ long x 230’ wide x 70’ high providing a total climate controlled enclosure over 96,600 sq. ft. football field. Each end of the dome includes two large blisters for camera crews to film the practice activities without any obstructions.  [Project Profile]

New York Jets Training Facility   |  Hempstead, NY

Ewbank's Jets Football Training Facilities were completely overhauled in 1997 when ASATI's Tedlar air supported structure was installed over the 60 yard Astroturf field.  The ASATI structure provides the team with an all weather, fully lighted facility in which to practice. The state-of-the-art ASATI air-structure allows the Jets football team to work out in computerized weather conditions equal to the upcoming competitors stadium environment.  [Project Profile]

New York Giants Training Facility   |  East Rutherford, NJ
After missing many practice dates due to snow and sleet, the New York Giants decided to build their own practice facility under an ASATI dome in East Rutherford, NJ.  Standing seven stories high, the structure features both air conditioning and heat, covers a Balsam synthetic turf surface and eliminates the excessive 30-mile trip previously needed to train indoors.  ASATI worked with general contractor Joseph M. Sanzari Inc in effort to engineer this structure that has become a benchmark in the design and engineering of recreational facilities.  [Project Profile]
Sports Underdome   |  Mount Vernon, NY

Sports Underdome and Eastern Indoor Soccer created this exciting, 72,000 sq. ft., "sanctioned" facility. Turning Stone Golf Dome   |  Verona, NY

30 miles east of Syracuse, NY the ASATI/Turning Stone Resort & Casino Golf Dome allows golfers to use every club in the bag without concern of hitting the walls or the roof of this huge 7 story high golf dome.  The golf dome clear spans 330’ long x 240’ wide x 75’ high provides a total enclosure over 79,200 sq. ft. combination driving range & putting greens.  A professional golf-training center, “The Dome brands Turning Stone as the regions premier golf destination,” says GM Craig Clark.  The ASATI golf dome joins three existing 180-hole layouts by Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Rick Smith.  [Project Profile]

Toms River Multi-Sports Dome   |  Toms River, NJ

The Toms River Multi-Sports Dome is the region’s largest open floor space arena, spanning 395’ long, 203’ wide  and 80’ high.  The new dome boasts about 2.0 acres of indoor recreational space, plenty for a 6-lane, 200-meter track and 4 full sized basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.  The flexibilities of the floor plan allow the dome to be used as a single large arena for special events and expos. Wall Street Racquet Club   |  New York, NY
These two tennis structures engineered and erected by ASATI CEO Donato Fraioli in 1970 are the structures that are responsible for the recognition of the use of air structures for tennis and created the growth of the indoor tennis industry worldwide.  World champions frequently played in these two famous tennis air structure facilities. These Wall Street Racquet Club Tennis Domes received worldwide exposure from the filming of the Oscar winning movie “Annie Hall” staring Woody Allen and Diane Keaton.  The domes were disassembled after 9/11/01.  [Project Profile]
Rutgers University   |   Piscataway, NJ

The “Bubble”, as it is known, was conceived in 1983 when the University and the State of New Jersey made a strong commitment to the students for newer facilities.  The structure measures 230’ x 430’ x 80’.  The ASATI Rutgers sports dome is used for football, soccer and lacrosse and is surrounded by a 4-lane running track.  The structure features a Tedlar coated translucent outer fabric, allowing the participants to practice in natural lighting during daylight hours. Saxon Woods Golf Dome   |  White Plains, NY
This very first Golf Dome was engineered and erected in White Plains, NY by ASATI CEO Donato Fraioli in 1982. This structure and another Golf Dome ASATI installed in Detroit on John “R” Road are responsible for the recognition of the use of air structures for “Golf Domes”. ASATI created the Golf Domes concept and pioneered the growth of the indoor Golf Dome industry worldwide.  [Project Profile]
Texas Tech University   |  Lubbock, TX

ASATI engineered, manufactured, and installed this facility in 1985. The total 100,000 square foot structure roof was manufactured in three sections.  The entire roof structure was installed and ready for use in three days after site delivery. The roof structure final assembly weights 30,000 lbs. and is engineered to withstand Lubbock, Texas code wind speeds of up to 120 mph.  [Project Profile]

The Oklahoma State Fair is a spectacular 83,432 sq. ft. vinyl polyester fabric air supported structure that was erected over four 20-foot high concrete walls that surround the area.  With hundreds of exhibitors gathered under one roof, Oklahoma State Fair management was provided with a promotional advantage for attracting larger and wider audiences.  [Project Profile]

Health Quest Baseball Dome   |  Flemington, NJ

The state-of-the-art HealthQuest Baseball Dome provides two little league fields and one regulation size baseball diamond. The approximate 3-acre size dome has a ceiling height of 110’ high & includes an interior ceiling to floor netting system for dividing the interior to allow all fields to be played on at one time.  The dome is retractable for allowing all fields to be played on in the open environment during the Spring & Summer seasons and is engineered to be reinstalled each Fall in 3 days.  [Project Profile]

The Hononegah dome is the region’s largest open floor space arena spanning 330’ long, 180’ wide x 55’ high.  The new field house dome boasts 59,400 sq. ft. of indoor recreational space, plenty for an 8-lane, 200-meter track and 4 full size basketball/volleyball courts.  The flexibilities of the floor plan allows the dome to be used as a single large arena allowing for special events, like an expo.  The ASATI Sports Dome field house is also engineered  to withstand more than 120 mph winds and snow loads greater than 40 lbs. per sq. ft.  [Project Profile]

Franklin Pierce College   |  Rindge, NH

The Sports Dome field house is engineered by ASATI to withstand more than 120 mph winds and snow loads greater than 40 lbs. per sq. ft.  ASATI replaced the coaxial cable system supplied by another company that failed to support the harsh New Hampshire winter snow and wind loading. The ASATI replacement with a cable net dome allows the structure to be pressurized to much higher pressure for supporting a 40 lb. per sq. ft. snow load.  [Project Profile]

East River Racquet Club   |  Long Island City, NY

These four Tennis Domes were engineered and erected by ASATI CEO Donato Fraioli in 1979. Many indoor clubs were constructed after Mr. Fraioli introduced these revolutionary Tennis Domes in 1962. A few of the pioneering tennis clubs which Mr. Fraioli engineered, manufactured and installed prior to the famous East River Racquet club are: Tennis Anyone in Westbury, NY, Sterling Tennis Club in Corona, NY, Boulevard Gardens in Queens, NY, West Side Tennis Club, Forest Hills, NY and Columbia University in Bronx, NY.  [Project Profile]

Paddock Chevrolet Golf Dome   |  Tonawanda, NY

Hoechst Celanese Landfill   |  Bishop, TX

Hoechst Celanese Corporation in Bishop, Texas is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of a variety of products from bulk pharmaceuticals used as a headache remedy to plastic used in consumer products.  The Bishop, Texas facility is also recognized for a world-class pollution reduction program that will eliminate deep well injection entirely and reduce total waste releases by 97 percent.  [Project Profile]

Elk Run Coal Company/ Massey Energy   |  Sylvester, WV

The Elk Run Dust Containment Dome is a first-of-its-kind air supported vinyl coated polyester building to cover coal stockpiles, preventing coal dust from reaching nearby communities. The building is equipped with two additional back-up blowers and a back-up power generator to insure that no mechanical failure or power outage will cause the dome to deflate. Contract for Dozens of Facilities in the Russian Federation   |  Russia

ASATI was awarded a 40 million dollar government first phase contract for construction of 64 sports domes engineered, manufactured and certified by ASATI.  These certified sports domes are all mounted on 3.6 meter high walls and are engineered to meet each region’s harsh wind and snow loading.
